GUEST MEDIA AGREEMENT

Thank you for trusting Overcoming to Live Well with your story. This agreement confirms how our conversation and any materials you provide may be recorded, edited and shared. You choose what to discuss, and we will approach sensitive parts of your story with care.

This agreement is between Triggs Media LLC, doing business as Overcoming to Live Well (Producer), and the guest completing the form below (Guest).

PERMISSION TO RECORD AND SHARE

Guest voluntarily consents to audio and video recording and gives Producer a worldwide, perpetual and royalty-free right to reproduce, edit, publish, distribute, display and promote the recording, in whole or in part, through podcast platforms, websites, social media, advertising and other current or future media.

NAME, VOICE AND LIKENESS

Guest permits Producer to use Guest's name, voice, image, likeness, approved biography and approved professional title in connection with the program and its promotion.

EDITING AND GUEST CONCERNS

Producer may edit for length, clarity, format and promotion, but will not intentionally create a materially false portrayal of Guest. Producer has final editorial control and no obligation to publish. If Guest identifies a serious privacy, safety or factual concern before publication, Producer will consider reasonable changes in good faith. Guest has no other right of prior review or approval unless agreed in writing.

MATERIALS, OWNERSHIP AND COMPENSATION

Guest confirms that Guest owns or has permission to provide any photos, video, audio or other materials supplied to Producer and permits their use with the program and its promotion. Producer owns the recording and may monetize it. Unless agreed in writing, Guest receives no payment, royalties or ownership interest. Guest keeps ownership of Guest's pre-existing intellectual property.

PERSONAL BOUNDARIES AND RESPONSIBILITY

Guest decides what Guest is comfortable and authorized to share and agrees not to disclose confidential, legally restricted or unauthorized third-party information. Guest may decline to answer any question during the conversation.

RELEASE, CONTINUED PERMISSION AND GOVERNING LAW

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Guest releases Producer and its representatives, distributors and platforms from claims arising from uses authorized by this agreement, including privacy, publicity or likeness claims, except for willful misconduct or uses outside this agreement. Guest understands that published content cannot reliably be recalled and these permissions continue after recording. Guest confirms being at least 18, having authority to agree and accepting voluntarily. Texas law governs this agreement.
