Submitting a guest-story application does not guarantee an appearance on Overcoming to Live Well and does not grant us permission to publish your story, name, image or likeness.

Selected guests will receive a separate recording and media release explaining how recorded content may be edited, published, distributed and promoted.

Please do not submit medical records, Social Security numbers, financial-account information, passwords or other information that is unnecessary for us to review your application.
